1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging TinyWonders Digital for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
TinyWonders Digital provides website development, mobile app development, AI solutions, cloud & DevOps, domains & hosting, and UI/UX design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
3. Payments
Projects are typically billed in milestones — an upfront deposit, a mid-project payment, and a final payment before launch or handover, as detailed in your project proposal. Late payments may result in a pause of work until outstanding invoices are settled.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. TinyWonders Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the project on schedule. Delays caused by late client input may extend the agreed timeline accordingly.
6. Warranties & Support
We warrant that delivered work will be free of material defects for the support period specified in your package. Support windows cover bug fixes related to work we delivered — they do not cover new feature requests, which are scoped and billed separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
TinyWonders Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, and any deposit paid for unstarted work will be refunded minus reasonable administrative costs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
